This website is dedicated
to Orwick Family.
Through Lindsey, we have
learned that a child can have more unconditional love and
determination than the biggest, strongest man in the world.
We hope to give some insight to others who may not be familiar with
Cri Du Chat Syndrome (and to show off our beautiful little girl at
the same time.)
There are so many
wonderful things that we can learn from these beautiful
individuals, if we only take the time to pay attention.
Lindsey Kay was born on
August 9, 2000 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.
We are constantly amazed at the things Lindsey
achieves.
We do not know what the
future holds for Lindsey, but we know we will do everything in our
power to make sure she has a long and happy life.
Here are a few recent
pictures of the family.
Lindsey is now 4
1/2 years old, and she is doing great.
Lindsey can form
sentences of 5-6 words, count to 10, say her ABC's, and her
speech is improving by leaps and bounds.
